LVTC member Nuria Yáñez-Bouza has been invited to deliver a plenary talk at the 7th Prescriptivism Conference, an international event hosted in Aix-en-Provence (26-28 June 2024, Aix-Marseille Université). She presented new research on the art of letter writing in the long eighteenth century with a focus on the norms documented in letter-writing manuals for the appropriate and elegant use of forms of address and subscription formulae.
